Pest Management
General Pest Control & Termite Treatment Training, PORT MORESBY, 2020
In March 2020, the principal of HOW2TRAINING, Keith Farrow conducted a seven (7) day advanced training course covering all aspects of general pest control and termite treatments.
The theory and practical training program included pest identification, pest ecology, new and updated methods of treatment, chemical and equipment handling & usage.

Hygiene Services
Sanitary Training – CAIRNS, Australia. 2019
In June 2019, our hygiene team of Martina Gaunala (Supervisor – Sales & Technical) and Leanna Ihore (Technician) attended a 3-day training program with Flick Anticimex in Cairns, Australia.
The training covered all areas of sanitary service including the “Touch Free” automatic sensor operated bins. These bins provide premium comfort for users in the washroom reducing cross-contamination.
The training also included servicing of related hygiene products including air fresheners, liquid soap, toilet tissue, paper towels with urinal plate and hand sanitizers.

Service & Support Staff
Federation of Asia & Oceania Pest Managers Association (FAOPMA) Conference, GOLD COAST, Australia. 2016
In September 2016, as part of our women empowerment and leadership development Shirley Karmi (Manager – Service & Support) and Theodora Tura (Service Coordinator) attended the 27th FAOPMA Conference at the Sea World Resort and Conference Centre on the Gold Coast, Australia.
The pair attended numerous sessions that covered a vast array of subject including: managing pest control problems; complaints and incidental reports: and the science of termite control – now and into the future.

Fumigation
Methyl Bromide AQIS Accreditation Training, BRISBANE, Australia. 2015
In May 2015, our fumigation supervisors, Kepas Karmi and Jerry Kairi successfully completed the AFAS Methyl Bromide Accreditation course.
The training program was conducted by Fumigation Training & Consulting Services Brisbane, Australia.
